End of Year Lunch:- The VPFMA is having its Annual End of Year Lunch in Queens Hall on Friday 2nd December at 12:30pm. The cost for you as a Financial Member and your guest is $75.00 per person. To secure your booking please RSVP by sending your payment to our Treasurer by Tuesday, 29th November. It will include a two course-meal with some wine provided on each table. Attendees who require vegetarian or other specialist meals should inform the VPFMA when booking. (secretary@victorianformermembers.org) and all bookings need to be made with payment to the Treasurer, Neil Lucas (lucas_fam@bigpond.com) via a payment into the VPFMA Account (BSB 063-549. Account 10684884). Please ensure you indicate your name when you book. Whilst electronic transfer is our preferred payment method, we still accept cheques or cash by prior arrangement. Numbers are limited to a Former MP and one guest.

5). Officers Attestation regarding the Accounts;
6). Treasurer’s Financial Report for the Year to Date; and
7). Report from our Delegate (Andrea Coote) to the CPA Conference.
These papers will not be circulated again at the meeting but will be displayed electronically. Regarding Proxy Appointments and Nominations for the Committee we request that they be lodged with the Secretary as in previous years at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
